Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, handmade items are to be expected to have minor flaws, no returns are accepted unless item was grossly misrepresented (ie- broken, wrong item, ect)

I do my best to make my dolls as perfect as I can and to mention all details, but in the case I forgot or didn't notice a significant flaw, I will compensate by issuing a partial refund equivalent to the damage.

In the case I never provide a tracking # and you never receive your item, I will take full responsibility for your missing item.
